Internships are the best form of hands-on learning, and offering such opportunities has been one of MBCS’s core goals since day one.
The “Internship Fast Track” aims to build strong member-employer connections. As MBCS members perform well in their roles, we establish trust with companies, leading to exclusive opportunities—such as direct application channels or priority consideration—for other outstanding members. At the same time, we help employers access high-potential talent.
After a year of effort, and with the support of member Wang Ruijin and Haikun Investment, we've successfully secured our first official Fast Track internship opportunity—MBCS members now enjoy a dedicated hiring channel!

Investment Analyst Intern (Assistant to Investment Manager)

Write macro and industry-specific reports (with focus on new energy, TMT, AI, and blockchain sectors), as well as company analysis

Support investment managers with project-related and information research tasks

Preferred: reliable, detail-oriented individuals with strong interest in equity research and primary market investing

Open to all majors, with preference for business and STEM backgrounds
