Organizational Structure

The society is structured around four main governing bodies: the Board of Directors, Advisory Committee, Executive Cabinet, and Accelerator Committee.
As shown in the diagram:
- The Council consults with Advisory Commission and oversees both the Cabinet and Accelerator Committee.
- The Cabinet manages five core departments and is responsible for daily operations.
- The Accelerator Committee focuses exclusively on the Accelerator Program.
For internal competitions, we establish a separate Competition Committee, composed of the President and appointed officers, to ensure fairness and efficiency in execution.
We aim to support the rapid and sustainable growth of MBCS by establishing a well-structured and efficient management system.
Each department has clearly defined roles and works in close coordination to build a business learning and networking platform favored by university students across Macau, especially those at the University of Macau.
