Regular Activities
Our regular activities fall into two main categories: professional talks and experience-sharing sessions focused on case competitions, postgraduate applications, and career planning; and team-building events that strengthen connection and collaboration among members. At MBCS, we believe learning should be enjoyable—we encourage our members to grow through both “play hard and learn hard” experiences.

Our leture series mainly features accomplished alumni and industry professionals who share their personal experiences. Topics include internships and employment, career development, postgraduate studies abroad, business competition strategies, and academic journeys. These sessions provide members with valuable insights and a broader understanding of future opportunities and directions.
Our team-building events focus on fun and interaction, such as orientation challenges that help members build strong relationships, enhance teamwork, and relax. Additionally, we host an annual general meeting where members take part in shaping the society’s future. These activities strengthen group cohesion, foster a sense of belonging, and promote active engagement in organizational growth.

Lectures & Training
Topic: Internship and Career Planning
To help members better understand the workplace and plan for the future, we regularly organize career-focused sessions on internships, employment, and long-term development. We invite certified career coaches and experienced industry professionals to provide tailored guidance based on various academic and career paths, helping members identify their strengths and map out a clear career plan.
In addition, we feature successful alumni working at top firms and peers who have secured competitive internships to share their job-hunting strategies, real-world experiences, and insights into workplace culture.
Some of these in-depth sessions are exclusive to members of our "Accelerator Program," ensuring high-quality content and personalized development.

Topic: Postgraduate Program Applications
To guide our members in preparing for top-tier business postgraduate programs, we invite alumni who have been admitted to prestigious universities, as well as outstanding graduates currently enrolled in such programs, to share their application journeys. These talks cover topics such as building a strong profile, crafting personal statements, interview tips, school selection, and real study experiences abroad.
We emphasize the importance of early planning to help students identify goals, address weaknesses, and improve competitiveness. Some sessions are exclusive to members of the “Accelerator Program,” ensuring focused, in-depth discussions and providing high-quality guidance and resources for those aiming to pursue further studies.
Topic: Business Competition Experience Sharing
To enhance members’ understanding and practical skills in business competitions, we regularly host experience-sharing sessions. We invite senior students and peers who have excelled in various competitions to share insights on preparation, teamwork, presentation, Q&A skills, and post-competition reflection. These sessions not only equip members with hands-on techniques but also inspire strategic thinking and logical communication. Through these in-depth interactions, members gain a realistic view of the competition process and are better prepared for future challenges.

Topic: Academic Experience & Learning Insights
We regularly invite senior students and peers with strong academic performance or research achievements to share their study strategies, time management tips, course selection advice, and academic exploration journeys. These sessions cover approaches to both foundational and advanced coursework, participation in research projects, academic writing, and opportunities such as international exchanges and academic competitions. The goal is to help members build effective study habits, deepen their understanding of academic pathways, and spark interest in further knowledge pursuit and subject specialization.
Relaxation & Team-Building

Topic: Team-Building & Orientation Activities
Each semester, we organize fun orientation activities such as scavenger hunts or city challenges in Zhuhai, Macau, or Hengqin. These events encourage teamwork and friendly competition, helping new members quickly adapt to the society and build strong bonds. Participants also get valuable chances to connect with outstanding seniors and peers, expand their networks, and strengthen their sense of belonging within MBCS.
Topic: Annual Meeting & Roundtable Discussion
At the end of each year, we host our Annual General Meeting and Roundtable Discussion, where all members review the society’s achievements and milestones over the past year. Together, we plan future directions and key initiatives for the coming year. This process not only reinforces team cohesion and member engagement but also empowers everyone to contribute ideas and drive the continued growth of MBCS as a united, forward-looking organization.
