Officer Team
The Officer Team consists of members working within the five operational departments under the Executive Cabinet: Secretariat, Planning, Finance, Public Relations, and General Affairs.

Secretary Dpt: Handles all administrative tasks, including managing official documents, clerical work, receiving external partners, coordinating communication within the university, and supporting internal communication within the society.

Planning Dpt: Focuses on developing event proposals. Responsible for brainstorming creative ideas and organizing the logistics and structure of each event.

Finance Dpt: Works with the Planning Department to prepare budgets, submits budget plans for school approval, manages reimbursements, and oversees financial records and fund management.

Publicity Dpt: Oversees all media and publicity channels. Manages the website, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, posters, mass messaging, and multimedia content. Also responsible for photography and media coverage during events.

Administration & General Affairs Dpt: Brings event plans to life through tasks such as material procurement and venue setup. Also in charge of project management—communicating, coordinating, and ensuring timely execution across departments.
Our MBCS membership is widely open to university communities, allowing any university student to become our esteemed MBCS member. Except for a very limited number of public welfare lectures, all our events are exclusively available to members, ensuring order and quality. MBCS members can participate in all events for free, except for those designated as exclusive benefits for the executive team and the accelerator program.
MBCS members are divided into four categories: the leadership team, officers, Accelerator Elite Members, and MBCS General Members. Officers are selected through a recruitment process and join our operational departments. Accelerator Elite Members are those who pass an internal assessment and are admitted into the Accelerator Program.
